Portfolio Piece: Contact Sequence (mid-range) by Palantean Portfolio Piece: Contact Sequence (mid-range) by Palantean
Commission for tanzanitefox of FurAffinity of her pony, Twinklefrost.

We all have different preferences for how to meet others, and how to be met, based on our personalities. We have a mode we use when we first meet an Other, one we only use once we feel in rapport with the Other, and one we tend to feel is a 'trap door' that we get stuck in and therefore try to avoid. These three modes are Behaviour, Feeling and Thinking.

If a person whose first-contact mode is Feeling meets another person, their instinct is to ask how the other feels or to moan about the weather or some other emotive greeting. But if the person they meet has Behaviour as their first-contact mode then they will wonder why the Feelings person is talking to them so much and just want to get on with some task or other - study, a project, or whatever their choice of activity is.

Developed by Paul Ware.

Basic - Not currently available, but once I've had a few sales I will have some little chibis made to represent these. Maybe one dragon, one wolf/dog, and I'll see what else I need from there. These will be personalised to your character. Or 1st, 2nd, 3rd rosettes.
$5, £5 or €4

Mid-range - 300ish words about your character's preference for each contact mode
$12.50 or £8.50 or €9.75

Detailed - 600 words about your character's preference for each contact mode
$15.50 or £10.50 or €12
